Caroline is an excellent teacher who creates a very safe and welcoming learning environment. In addition to teaching yoga, Caroline is also great at helping me strategize for goal setting, relationship coaching, stress management, and nutrition planning. I came to Dagan because I was a couple weeks shy of my friends destination wedding and couldn't fit into my already purchased bridesmaids dress . Dagan's level of commitment to health and fitness is obvious, he knows his stuff.
