We teach authentic Chinese Martial Arts, with a focus on Bajiquan 八極拳, the “Eight Extreme Fist”. Bajiquan is an ancient style of northern Chinese kungfu style that is known for its explosive power expression and the famous elbow strike, DingXinZou. Bajiquan is one of the few traditional CMA styles that is offensive oriented. Perfect for modern combat, self-defense and because of its Traditional CMA traits, it cultivates one’s body and mind.

Salutations, my name is Instructor Vincent. Benitez and I teach Jeet Kune Do in Rochelle Park, NJ at the Knights of Columbus. I have over 15 years experience, training under Sifu Richard Torres who was a student of Ted Wong (a Bruce Lee student). We train every Wednesday at 7pm.
