I have been a practitioner and teacher for 45 years. I was also a seminar leader at China's "Women in Daoism" conference in 2011 and presented my work with senior citizens at the 2009 International Tai Chi Symposium in Nashville, Tennessee. I have received numerous foundation grants for my work with senior citizens and in community mental health programs. Since I have received so many benefits from my Tai Chi practice, I enjoy sharing what I have learned. Salutations, my name is Instructor Vincent. Benitez and I teach Jeet Kune Do in Rochelle Park, NJ at the Knights of Columbus. I have over 15 years experience, training under Sifu Richard Torres who was a student of Ted Wong (a Bruce Lee student). We train every Wednesday at 7pm. We focus on the self-defense aspect of Bruce Lee's martial art. It is simple, direct, and non-classical. I would like to invite you to join us for training and gain insight to protecting yourself.
