Hi! I’m Coach Jordan. I earned my Exercise Science degree at Temple University. I’ve been an avid athlete and health & wellness enthusiasts for all my life. I played every sport growing up starting with martial arts and eventually to football, wrestling, track, lacrosse in high school, college rugby at Temple and snowboarding, marathon, golf, and skateboarding as an adult. I coach football, wrestling, track and field, and debate team. My coaching pedagogy revolves around engaging athletes through personalized development plans, empowering them to become the best versions of themselves on and off the field through mental performance training

I provide detailed and precise instruction that ensures safe and proper execution of all movements/exercises while also achieving maximum performance gains. I coached football at the high school level for 15 years and have been training football players for 15 as well. In that time I have coached/trained NFL players, NCAA All-Americans, high school All-Americans, athletes from Division I to III, and every level underneath. I have a teaching background so I am able to adapt lessons and sessions to all different types of people so they can gain understanding of the concepts I am trying to teach....

I have trained clients/athletes for over 35 years from D-1 athletes to desk jockeys. I have a MS in Exercise Science and numerous training certifications and have worked with wide variety of abilities and conditions. I am currently training clients at the Dee Adams Center for Integrative and Regenerative Medicine in Bryn Mawr. We are located right across from Bryn Mawr Hospital. Because of the COVID-19 situation I have pivoted and am now offering outside, one on one training as well as virtual/on-line training as well.
