I started out learning scales, chords, and songs on guitar like any other musician but it really became more than that for me. It became an outlet and helped fuel creativity in all other aspects of my life. That's what I strive to pass on to my students.

Having taught art for twenty years, I have a big bag of art teaching tricks. I am certified to teach art in Texas and taught for years in Austin ISD. Hello, I currently attend The University of Texas at Austin and am pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a concentration in voice!
