As a former division 1 athlete, I can honestly say that going through Jon's Vertimax program is the closest thing I've felt to being back in my college program. You will be sore the next day. You will feel muscles you didn't know you had. But you will also come out the other side more explosive and a better overall athlete. The combination of the resistance training and Jon's knowledge make for a great workout.
