I am a baseball performance trainer. My specialty is catching. Everything is provided for classes but the players gear. Players must bring gear if looking for a catchers class. Strength and agility is required for the first 20 minutes of every practice. Programs and routines I can provide: Throwing program, workout program, footwork routines, and hitting program.
