Andie is just really good at what she does and I've had the best nutrition coaching experience with her. I was a little clueless when I first came to her, but she helped me figure out my goals and showed me exactly how to achieve what I wanted. A right nutritionist wouldn't just give you a meal plan to follow, but teach you how to structure your diet around your lifestyle and eventually into it. And that's exactly what Andie did for me. Most importantly, she taught me how to have a healthy relationship with food. She was available whenever I had questions no matter how basic and silly they were. The best part about Andie is that I felt like she really cared about my growth and was genuinely happy to see me progress in my body recomposition journey. This is most definitely a 5 star review and I highly encourage everyone to take nutrition coaching from Andie, regardless of your goals.
