Hi! I’m Corinne! I am a student at Ohio State and am majoring in Sports management and minoring in coaching. I played basketball for 14 years, volleyball for 6 and softball for 10. I love sports and I love to connect youth in sport!

We have been training athletes our entire lives! We decoded to open a business with the love of sports in mind! We specialize in volleyball and soccer training for your young athlete. From beginners to National level athletes let us share our knowledge and experience along with our passion for the game with your athlete!

Our training concentrates on all facets of your physical and mental strength. Utilizing our professional trainers and world class equipment and technology developed by Vertimax and Fitlight, we will make you a stronger and smarter athlete. ​ Our Primary goal is to provide individual training. To create a training lab at its highest level to rival all training facilities in Midwest no longer providing "group training“. High level athletes as well as beginners deserve proper attention to flourish. If athletes are willing to work, Trainer’s must respond at higher level, groups of 3 or more make this impossible....
