I admit it...I may have whined and complained with a few "I can't"s thrown in there but he knew my limits better than I did. So after thinking I couldn't do any more reps or there was no way I had a chance at a heavier weight, apparently I had a few more reps in me, with another weight plate, and then another, and then one more. As a former division 1 athlete, I can honestly say that going through Jon's Vertimax program is the closest thing I've felt to being back in my college program. You will be sore the next day. You will feel muscles you didn't know you had. But you will also come out the other side more explosive and a better overall athlete.
