My son came to Roderick not knowing Much about the basics of basketball. He taught him so much about the game, technique, foot work and attitude. Matt has gained so much it is hard to put into words. Rodrick has talked to him about the game, what he can work on at home to achieve his goals, he really cares about helping kids be all they can be. He has inspired my son and can relate to him on a level that makes my son want to work harder and get further. As a parent what I like the most is that Rodrick is not in it just for the money he is truly in it to help each child achieve their goals, he has played college and pro basketball and knows what it takes. My son looks up to Rodrick and takes what he says to heart, his coaching is not just sports it carries over to life lessons and I have seen a huge improvement with my sons skills, attitude and shear determination You are not just a coach I feel you truly care about helping my child obtain his goals, you have gone above and beyond and we cannot thank you enough. You definitely get your money’s worth working with Rodrick!! Thank you for everything, all the talks, pushing, lessons and work you have put into my son, it carries over to his home and school life

Coach Flemings is amazing coach and really good at what he does. My son and daughter works with him and the have improved alot.
