I’ve been a skills trainer for over 20 years. I’ve trained countless young men and women, as well as coached at almost every level. I’ve coached AAU and travel basketball for boys and girls. I’ve coached junior high and high school girls and boys. Also, I’ve coached minor league and semi pro men’s basketball. I’m currently in school for exercise science with a concentration in strength and conditioning. My training methods allow you to grow physically and mentally , as well as develop the skills necessary to help you compete.
