What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I want to get to know them as a person so they will open up and be comfortable with me. You have to be able to voice what you want out of a workout for me to design one for you. You also have to feel comfortable enough with me to be able to tell me that something isn't working & that can be hard to do if you do not know the person you are working with. Plus fitness is personal. Very personal . Every person had a story of why they want to be in shape . I want to be able to hear that story and help them on that journey to that goal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of combat sports training in multiple disciplines of martial arts , kickboxing, and boxing. Specialize in athlete management , which means I am an expert at the mental aspect of combat sports and how important of a part it plays in the athletes success .
