Our son has been working with Tom for the last 3 years. The experience has been great. He has done lessons, teams, and additional work that happens in the margins. Tom has taken plenty of time outside of lessons and practice to review video, give advice, or just check in and provide some accountability. From a baseball standpoint, I would argue there isn’t any one more knowledgeable about the game and more importantly what it takes to play in HS/College and beyond. We also value the life skills that our son has developed through Team AZ. Over the years the message has been consistent and from many different voices, from college coaches to big league players to mental skills folks and more. The opportunities my son has, would not be possible without the work he has done with Tom.

Tom had a disciplined and detailed approach to helping my 13 year old daughter develop and enhance her swing. His private lessons as well as his available camps during spring and summer breaks have greatly helped her improve as a hitter. She hits for much more substantial power and has increased her batting average by over .200 points as a result of Tom’s coaching.

30 years experience. Scouted for the Cubs, Tampa Bay Devil Rays and Orioles. I was an assistant coach for 3 years at the College of Dupage. I owned my own facility in Texas and received the Chamber of Commerce Star award for small business of the year.

I set up a free initial consult & evaluation for player & parent . To watch players movement patterns & mobility . It’s also very important to make sure the player has the aptitude to understand the information . My pricing is the most competitive pricing in the industry., I only do lesson packages .
How did you get started teaching?
I started coaching players 33 yrs ago it was very apparent to me the kids were not getting the proper instruction and fundamentals.

The majority of players I work with are HS players , college players , professional. However I work with a wide range of ages of players baseball & softball
