About
Having been a teacher since 2010, I specialize in gentle and beginner yoga. I also incorporate mantra, sound, Ayurveda, intuitive touch and nutrition when requested. My mantra is self love my practice is self care. Learning to relax more and more into life and bringing others along with me.
I love introducing yoga to people who are stiff, out of shape, stressed and older. Why? Because these are the people who I have found are open to receiving and learning to let go to the hussle of life. When we learn to let go and trust the process, great growth comes and with the growth, we begin to love life and trust. Seeing my students more peaceful and at home with themselves at the end of class is what I love most about my job💖🙏🏽
