I have been playing or coaching baseball and softball since I was 5 years old...43 years later of Little League, High School, AAU, NCAA, Semi-Pro ball and coaching only my parents and my sister have been a part of my life longer. This is the one thing that has been a consistent source of passion for me, besides my wife and daughter, and I have seen young athletes under my stewardship be drafted, play collegiate ball, and become travel and club ball mainstays. I have experience coaching all ages from 8 to 18. I only ask that this be the players desire because without the young player willing to put in the effort and time to improve it becomes a waste of your money and my time. I invest so much of my time and experience with these young athletes that anything less than full effort is a disappointment.
