Sometimes the unthinkable can happen. If or when it does I believe every woman should have the right to self-protect. Smart Woman Defense provides education and skills to embrace the power to protect ones self/family and insure an environment of safety.
As a female I understand what it is like for a woman in todays world. The fear of being attacked or raped is very real. My personal mission is to help women channel that fear into a strength to defend themselves and their loved ones.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I ask questions about my students experience, past training what they liked and didn't like, what their goals and expectations are of me and their training. I take pictures and videos of the students shooting techniques. We review them before and again after the lesson.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NRA PISTOL INSTRUCTOR, NRA RSO, Refuse to be a Victim Instructor, Personal Protection in the Home, USCCA CCW Firearm Instructor approved in several states including AZ and Utah, Women's Handgun and Self Defense, Countering the Mass Shooter, The Well Armed Woman Chapter Leader and Instructor. Newest course offering Women's Self-Defense Pistol Level 1.
