I love art and design not only for the fact that it helps to express yourself in a very unique way but also it heals lots of traumas, depression, it's a type of meditation that helps you to relax and discover your unconscious side. I love to see how people's mood changes during the class and they always leave the class happy, relaxed with a huge smile on their face.
