About this pro

The stand-out feature of my service is my knowledgeability of body systems and my passion for bringing those systems into balance with a yoga practice that is always therapeutic and relaxing or a weightlifting set that is always energizing. My specialties are Yin, Restorative, and Power yoga styles.

I enjoy being able to share my yoga and wellness knowledge to my students and watch them enjoy the results of their hard work, whether that's from a single session of yoga or after months of meal planning and wellness coaching.
