Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I would ask what they are interested in learning and find out more about their current skills and equipment.
We would work with their camera and make sure they understand how to best use their equipment.
We could practice both outside and inside in different lighting conditions.
We would then upload their photos and see where they could improve.
I would also teach them how to edit and improve their images with color, light, cropping and focus on Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken many years of classes at the International School of Photography in NYC and trained other beginner photographers to better enhance their skills.

How did you get started teaching?
