What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Normally the first practice I try to get a feel for how advance are the skills of the athlete then a come up with a personal workout plan to follow based on the capabilities of the athlete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have coach for 6 years as well as played for over 15 years
as a player
I have won a state championship
played for the military along the east coast
as a coach
I have coached 8 different teams with a few different organizations grades ranging from 4-12th grade I have won a championship in Washington DC with my older kids as an assistant head coach.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
normally the first practice is 40 this includes a physical ability evaluation and 2 hour lesson to get to know the athlete and let them ask any questions before we get into the hard work
How did you get started teaching?
i started volunteering at a military base then It started spreading all over and people were very impressed with how i am with their kids.
What types of students have you worked with?
i have worked with brand new never picked up a basketball to working with kids that have played ball their whole lives.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
make sure that your teacher is more about teaching you something you can learn on and off the basketball court.
