I have a professional background as a pitcher and I have professional infield and outfielders on board as well. We teach the core nerds to improve a young pitchers velocity and command of pitches. We also teach hitting and infield for beginners and experts who want to add more to their game. I have a passion for teaching pitching.     We offer 40 hours a week training.  We start with flexibility drills ,  we work on core balence and proper throwing mechanics.  We then do a series of drills and work on things we can improve on like foot work . My hitting instructors work on top and lower hand hitting.  Then we play a series of intersquad games at the end of the week
