I’m Jenny Lynne, a motivational-kick-your-butt dance + fitness instructor. I am passionate about my craft and get so much joy out of seeing my clients grow. I am here to take you to the next level, help you get back in touch with who you are, or empower you to love your body and the way it moves. Dance means so much to each of us. You never know what someone else is going through, but when we come together we connect, encourage, and leave it all on the dance floor. I get to change people’s lives through dance + fitness. It’s pretty amazing. No matter where you are on your dance and fitness journey, I am here to help make it part of your healthy lifestyle.

Jenny has been teaching and performing for 15yrs in Arizona. Her background is in burlesque, jazz, & musical theater including choreographing, writing, producing and directing. She works with ages 5 to 99yrs old on a daily basis at various studios & theaters across the valley. From workshops to classes to one on one training she works with all levels and groups. She can make any level look great on stage! Her work has been nominated/ won various awards including a Zoni for her choreography in the musical production of Disney’s Aristrocats!
In 2015 Jenny started her own performance team for women of all ages and all levels, with an emphasis on women empowerment. Jenny also teaches and performs Kizomba across the country with her dance partner. They were some of the first pioneers of Kizomba in Arizona. Whether she is teaching workshops for littles, breaking down technique for couple dance, or bringing out the joy & confidence in adults, Jenny believes in the power of dance and music that heals, inspires, and unifies us all.
