What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We interview them to see exactly what there skill level is and what exactly they are looking for in way of training.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our instructors are former military and some are current law enforcement.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is based on factors such as hourly, daily, single person or groups.
How did you get started teaching?
Started out teaching friends and family then steadily grew as an instructor by taking the proper classes other schools offered.
16 years instructing now.
What types of students have you worked with?
We have worked with every type of student, civilian, military, law enforcement, beginner, experienced, etc.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Nothing to us is better than when our clients have that "light bulb" moment and fully understand our training methods and when to utilize certain positions to defend themselves.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Go with your gut feeling about who you hire.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
The number one question they need to answer is would they really be able to pull that trigger in defense of themselves or others. We advise to answer that question first before seeking training.
