I am able to teach you:
1. How to draw portraiture and give you the tools to create photorealistic art.
2. How to paint in Acrylics or Oils (basic to photorealism)
3. How to create and paint murals.
I enjoy teaching people who want to learn how to create professional art through drawing and painting because it is a fun process and it enriches our lives. I often share lots of fun and laughter with my students while we learn foundational fundamentals as well as contemporary ideas in a relaxed setting. I usually meet my students at a Starbucks, it is a comfortable relaxed coffeehouse setting and lessons have gone very well there.
I feel excited going in to teach my lessons and good about the lessons whenever they are complete and I feel my student has progressed.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I ask new students to show me their latest works. I ask students what they would like to improve at and how they would like their art to look moving forward. I give suggestions if students need and ask for direction.
I use the information they give me to formulate exercises and assign them specific projects to complete that will take them step by step to where they want to go next with their art.
