Normally, run a $297 1st Time Intro Session and then put together several Training Packages for students
How did you get started teaching?
Had Karate Clubs at H.Schools I've taught at near Chicago and Arizona. Ran 3 Karate Schools in Illinois and Arizona. Started my own company taking my training to private companies.
What types of students have you worked with?
From 5 - 95 yrs old. Corp. Execs, Professional Atheletes, College Coeds, Physically challenged, legally blind and Seniors at Nursing Homes
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
1) Private Class series for a family of 4 for several months.
2) Hosted annual event for the city as a Fund Raiser for local NPOs. 1st year, we had over 2,000 attend.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Use your gut to see if the teacher matches what you need and if you enjoy the time together and want to study and work with him or her.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What they want now and to work towards. Do they want the Self Defense, the Workout or a combination of benefits? Is it a good fit for them now and how long do they want to train?
