Painting Using Light
About
I passionate about teaching photography.
I believe that teach photography is like open “the eyes” of the student’s mind to the amazing world we have, to the reality, to other people and, especially to ourselves.
I make advertising photography, and I am a photography teacher from 1990. Some of my students are recognized photographer in Argentina and Chile. I am working to awaken the photography’s talent some people have in the USA, in a short time.
I speak English and Spanish.
I enjoy contemplating how students are maturing their vision of their environment and their reality. Also how they take better and more beautiful and professional photos, week by week.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I need to know about their goals and particular interest, to focus the lessons in those points when I teach them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master in Corporate Communication. I was a University teacher and now High School teacher. I works like a photographer specialized in Advertising Photography for more than 30 years.
How did you get started teaching?
I start teaching photography when I had 22 years old. I loved to explain everything I do. I got several awards in photography, and from there, many people contacted me. Then, I organized groups of people to teach what I did successfully. And now, I am starting to teach one by one course.
What types of students have you worked with?
I worked with all ages students, from 9 years old until 90.
The unique requirement is the real interest to learn photography. Better if the students have a camera if not, a smartphone could be enough.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We are building a photo club with alumni. We are planning to make bi-monthly contests with different subjects. That is amazing!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Just choose somebody who you feel good. You will learn with any teacher, but you need to feel confident and happy to study.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
The students need to know their goals and ask the teachers are ready to help them in those areas.
