Metta Yoga

Established in 2003, Metta Yoga, located in Phoenix, Arizona, is a community wellness center and yoga studio renowned for its wide variety of classes suitable for all levels. With two locations, over 60 weekly classes, and a team of 30 exceptional instructors, they offer everything from Hatha and Vinyasa Flow to Meditation and Children's Yoga.
