About
Modern Milk is a community wellness center in Scottsdale, AZ dedicated to new and expecting parents. Founded by Stephanie Nguyen, RN, MSN, WHNP-C, IBCLC, the center provides prenatal and postnatal education, lactation care, fitness, and community programming under one roof. Programs include Happy Mom School, an 8-week group for mothers and babies offered in Scottsdale and Arcadia; Before Baby prenatal classes (online and in person); and After Baby classes that address milestones from newborn through toddlerhood. Lactation services are delivered by International Board Certified Lactation Consultants through one-on-one consultations, breastfeeding classes, and a weekly Happy Boob Group, with access to breast pump and baby scale rentals. Pre/postnatal yoga and fitness offerings include Mama Yoga, Mama Fit, Mama Pilates, and Baby & Me classes led by certified instructors. Families can also access online courses such as Mamas Milk Mastery: Online Breastfeeding Class and Sleep Soundly Online. A curated retail shop stocks breastfeeding supplements and mom-and-baby essentials, along with children’s books and gift cards. Modern Milk’s mission is to educate, encourage, and empower today’s modern mom while building community for families.
