About this pro

I’ve been studying and traveling, both in the US and internationally, to learn different cultural perspectives on holistic health for the last 15 years.

I delight in sharing services that I believe to be of value including: yoga, meditation, reiki, vibrational/sound healing, aromatherapy, & acupressure. I have seen first hand how these modalities can help you lose weight, decrease stress, tension, & anxiety. You will be able to sleep better, lower blood pressure, & elevate your energy levels.

I also teach Swim lessons and Aquatic classes.  I was born on the East Coast and have an incredible love for the water.

I encourage you to visit my websites to get the best feel for the services I offer. Please feel free to email me directly with any questions you may have. I look forward to working with you!

The flexibility and the people.

Stephanie is an amazing teacher. Her classes are reflection of her daily practice and determination in what she does. Love the peace she brings with her teaching and feeling afterwards. I definitely learned a lot from just a few classes!

I have just started taking sessions with Stephanie. I was extremely pleased and surprised how much relief I felt in just the first session. She was able to guide me through a gentle meditative yoga session. We've been working on releasing stress through a series of breathing exercises that I can use in real life situations and re-aligning my spine so I can stand taller. I am seeing a huge transformation in my overall moods as I am a person who has suffered from depression and extremely high anxiety. Stephanie's quality of work is excellent and will bend over backwards to meet your needs as long as you are open and willing to work with her as well. Fantastic experience thus far!

Steph is one of the best teachers I have ever had. She has guided me with meditation when I was unable to get there during difficult times. Her studio is always welcoming and relaxing. After one session with Steph you will definitely notice a difference and each and every time afterwards.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I currently teach 6 classes a week at a Mental Health Care/Family Service Provider and am able to touch the lives of many in a short period of time. These beautiful souls wouldn't otherwise have access to these classes outside this program.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Pride in this line of work is something to be cautious of.  A teacher should not insist on telling you what she/he believes to be right.  Your teacher should insist that you listen to the voice within, while encouraging you to reach your goals.

I'm merely a guide on your journey, an instrument for change and healing.
