About
Hi, my name is Travis. I have been a sports enthusiast for over 20 years and have been playing basketball since I was 5 years old (varsity high school for 3 years), football since I was 10 years old, and golf since I was 9 years old. I am an enthusiastic teacher and I love teaching for so many reasons. The way I teach is simple, I teach my students how to play correctly while having fun. Whether you are a beginner or someone with a few years experience, take lessons with me and I promise that you will get better and enjoy your lessons. I look forward to meeting you and helping you reach your goals.
I enjoy this because I feel like the talent I possessed and the molding and training that occurred in my youth. Was mostly done by myself. Didn't have many coaches and athletic influences on my life except what I saw on tv. I had both my parents in my life but both had to work 12 to 16 hours a day to provide what we needed. I hope that I can be that light for that kid to keep pushing. Don't give up. No matter who's with you. Or what your against. These life learned lessons and not only discovering your athletic talents but recognizing your strengths and not to just focus on your weakness. Improve but know your limits. Break boundaries. Kick butt and have a hell of a time. Sports is medicine and meditation and adrenaline all wrapped into a baseball, softball, basketball, football, soccer, volleyball, bowling ball, archery, corn hole bag, horseshoe, kickball, and etc. That is why I enjoy what I do.

How did you get started teaching?
Well that's a story for when we have the first lesson. Simple short story. Athlete who lost his ability to play due to sports injury. Hence coaching experience in last official season of playing.
What types of students have you worked with?
None yet. My location and ability to meet students has created a hole in the business. That is why first lesson is completely free. But totally worth the travel. We provide amenities and special accommodations for the travel. Kids and adults.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be committed.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What are they truly trying to gain and do you have the drive?
