Coach Stew

Hello there!

My name is Coach Stew and I help train and coach Baseball for all ages and levels. I have a passion for helping anyone who wants to get better in 3 key ways; Skill (Mechanics), Mental, and Heart. Learning how to become not just a student of baseball but also a student of life; highlighting similarities between baseball and life.

A little about me. I hail from Kansas, moved to Arizona back in 2021. As for baseball, I got to play four years varsity in highschool. I then have the privilege to continue my career at Pratt CC then transfer to University of the Ozarks. After college, I coached and didn’t feel done and got to play professionally for 1 year with the Empire Independent league, where we won the championship.

I caught behind the dish for 20 years and had the opportunity to play every position and even pitch professionally.

I have played for 23 years and been a coach/trainer for 5. Being around baseball is a lifestyle. My experience and approach teaching this game is traditional with “new-school”.
