About

I coach people at pivotal crossroads who are striving to achieve whole and fulfilling lives. They revive their souls, reclaim their values and live with wild success they never knew existed.

Board Certified as a Holistic Health Practitioner and Energy Practitioner. Certified Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist. Trained Success Coach and credentials in many modalities.

More than 10 years experience. Columnist for the international Energy Magazine publication. Lecturing includes North American Vegetarian Society conference, Green Festivals, Mother Earth News Fairs, Floyd Yoga Jam, DrishtiFest and local events.

I have an uncanny skill for re-framing situations in a way that makes people say "aha!" and know what their next move should be. Changing habits is easy with my methods and non-judgmental support.

My clients find paths they didn't even know existed and are astonished at how easy it is for them follow the paths with ease and grace while they enjoy the process.

I feel energized at the end of my work day because I've made a significant difference in my client's lives and because what I do comes naturally to me. When we express our talents in the world, work is effortless and joyful.

RS

Roberta S.

Sharon was my Yoga Instructor when she taught here at the YMCA in Virginia Beach. I took classes from Sharon for approximately 4-5 years and love it. I have never felt better in my life. Since I am older, my flexibility was going and I had some pain in my back and hips. After I started taking yoga from Sharon I no longer suffered with pain in my back or hips. Yoga is one of the best things you can do for your body. Sharon always changes the classes up so that you are working many different areas of the body. I promise, you will love taking classes from her and you will feel better.

Sharon really takes time to see what the root cause is and treats that. Im engaging her yoga therapy services for a few months now -- different from just a class. More personalized. She works specifically with my injury rather than just leading me through a sequence of stretches.

if accepted, a customized program tailored to your personal goals is created and administered. We have regular check-ins and determine what is and isn't working.

Depends on the modalities being used. Initial in-depth, 1 hour assessment is $85. Travel requires additional fees.

I have an M. Ed in Curriculum and Instruction. Been teaching workshops and lecturing more than 10 years.

All kinds! Only twice has it not been a good fit due to medical issues which needed resolution first. I can refer out if that's the case.

Looking forward to returning to the Floyd YoJam. I'll provide 3 classes there:

>Dissolving Your Sugar Habit

>Noisy Meditation

>Mindful Yoga Therapy

Check for Board Certification. Ask for a Meet and Greet call to see if it feels right. If you don't trust a teacher or feel comfortable, you won't get the best learning.
