now that i have turned a new leaf to Basketball training,I have been training for 5 years now… I bring a High level of focus minded quality of training, toughness and sense of humor. i believe experience is the best teacher. with me playing at a professional level, i learned from good and bad situations on and off the court. i believe every person who decides to play basketball had to learn the sacrifices and disciplinary actions to stay successful on and off the court

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
when i first meet a client, i want to first make them comfortable by cracking a joke or something to show my positive attitude. Than i break the ice by asking the student general questions about there basketball experience, and what they know about the game it self. Once i get them mentally relaxed i will loosen them up with a full body activation warm up. than we will start the workout...all the workout at 60-75 minutes
