I am a big lover of what I do, as it is LIFE AFFIRMING and gets my body, sould and mind aligned into wholeness.

I am grounded in my work and an open vessel of SPACE all at once. I love working with elemental magic and find it essentially good for grounding our spirit within our bodies.

I am a Yoga teacher and an Energy Healer and Guide. My work with movement // stillness and sound is very creative.

I work with children and adults, and do beleive that as grown ups, we need the aspects of the curiousity that childen haven't yet lost.

I offer PLAY classes that are a special mix of movement, meditation and creativity.

Elemental SoundBath is my signature, and I travel with that all over the states as well as internationally.

I enjoy meeting all kinds of people. I love to get inspired from my students and I see the little kids I work with as my greatest teachers and mentors!

My work feels soul liberating. I have seen over and over how it takes the wrongness out of existance and adds flow and allowance into people's lives. Almost everyone I've worked with through my classes and private sessions feel lighter and more 'themselves'!

That is what changes the world, I do believe.
