About
My studio is located on Santa Clara near Park Street in beautiful downtown Alameda. I teach traditional drawing and painting for adults (and advanced youth).
Classes can be modified to fit your personal artistic goals, or you can opt for a introductory survey course of drawing, painting, or both. I primarily work with Oil Paint and Charcoal, however, I can also teach acrylic or water-based oils if you prefer.
I have experience teaching: Drawing & Painting the human form or portrait, as well as landscape painting, still life painting, and the fundementals.
After studying for 5 years at a reknowned art school in Southern California I began teaching private and group lessons as well as submitting my own work to juried art shows. My approach is warm and friendly, and I would love to help you reach your artistic goals!

I can never get enough ART!!! It's such a delight to see students' faces shine with realization or enthusiasm as their skills improve.
