Studio has produced award winning singers as well as emerging professionals. Preparation for competitions, college entrance auditions, musical theatre auditions, among others.

Study is based on regular once-a-week lessons in-studio or via skype.

Studio coaches artists and groups in developing cabaret acts.

    Suzanne Lukather understands the complete singer. Because of her extensive professional life as a performer and teacher, she has the ability to teach her students to be artists and not just singers.     Student and teacher get acquainted through a short interview in which the student discusses what he or she wants to accomplish in their study.  Then, singing something the student is familiar with, the teacher makes an assessment how to taylor instruction.

    Suzanne Lukather is an independent music professional with a post-graduate degree in music from University of California and Juilliard; 35 years as a professional singer; and, over 25 years as a private studio teacher.
    Studio fees are based on The National Association of Teachers of Singing accepted pricing standard. Lessons are offered in increments starting @ $50 for 1/2 hour up to 1.5 hours for regularly scheduled weekly lessons, on tuition basis by the month or at discounted semester rates.
    As a professional singer, I began teaching by request from individuals interested in learning specific technics they saw demonstrated in my performance. I began including young children at the request of parents who were interested in their child developing performance skills.
    I work with all levels from inexperienced to professionals. I have targeted experience in preparing adolescents for college entrance and competition, and professionals for auditions and role preparation.
    The most memorable is working on Broadway and performing with a full symphony orchestra.
    Look for credentials and experience. There are many teachers who claim know the singing voice; but, who are guessing. This can lead to developing bad habits and potential damage to the singing voice.
    As a teacher, I am interested in working with students who have a love for singing and are serious about developing through regular study. Good education is an investment. The first question should include what the student hopes to gain by study and whether the teacher feels he/she can facilitate that expection. If the first question is, "how much?", then this is not a good fit. And on a side note, because the teacher pays to reply to your inquiry, I DO NOT reply to those who don't give any information in the comment section.
