Great resume so we thought that we would give it a shot. Wow! What a great initial training session. Coach Bennett was very professional and great with my son. Dynamic drills and connected quickly with my son also. We will 100% hire Coach Bennett again!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Initial private or semi-private lessons are evaluation workouts in order to assess the student-athletes skill set, physical attributes and overall level of play.

This provides our professional training staff a benchmark for proper training regimens, specific to the individual athlete.

Each workout and workout regimen will be geared toward building a foundation for the player in order to maximize their potential level and become more efficient and effective as they advance.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Each of our professional skill development specialists has at least a college undergraduate degree and have also played at the collegiate level or beyond.

Many of our skill development specialists are also certified sports performance trainers.

Each of our staff goes through a rigorous background check and trial period prior to working wit hour members and families.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Private Lesson: $60 per hour (1 player)

Semi-Private Lesson: $50 per hour (2 players)

Small-Group Lesson: $40 per hour (3-4 players)

*satellite training (travel to client) is availble upon request for an addtional fee.

How did you get started teaching?

We are an on the court staffed company comprised of former Professional and NCAA collegiate student-athletes, who wanted to share our gift of top tier basketball services to the grassroots basketball enthusiasts, student-athletes, and coed youth of all levels across the western United States.

What types of students have you worked with?

Our staff have personally worked with thousands of co-ed youth players (1st - 8th grade), high school, college, WNBA, and over 30 NBA players.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

My second season training Kobe Bryant, he brought Kanye West to a morning workout...and Kanye did the entire basketball conditioning workout that was planned that day!

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Be sure that they have

1. experience

2. reputable reputation

3. highly detailed in nature.

Be sure that they have experience with “playing” and teaching (your level) of the sport. Research their company/program website and testimonial pages thoroughly.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Is the student-athlete passionate about their sport of choice?

Is the student-athlete passionate about getting better in their sport of choice?

Is the student-athlete dedicated to putting in the time, effort and energy it takes to become proficient at their sport of choice?
