Former Division 1 Lacrosse Player from Long Island, NY now residing in Rancho Cucamonga and offering Private Lacrosse Lessons.

These will not be general pass and catch lessons. I will assess your ability/age and focus on the smaller details based on your position and ultimate goals. This is also not a strength and conditioning program (although I can help prepare a plan).

These lessons are best for established players looking to take their game to the next level. Beginning players will not benefit as much.
