About
Hey guys! My name is Coach Niko, I am a baseball/softball coach and trainer in the San Gabriel Valley! I work with players of all ages to better develop their skills on the diamond and as athletes in general. I’ve been a baseball player my entire life ending my competitive career after college. I grew up in Pasadena, California playing in leagues such as Pasadena American, Arcadia National, Sierra Madre LL, and Perfect Game travel ball organizations. I attended St Francis high school in La Cañada for my freshman season, later transferring to Mountain View high school in Utah for the remainder of my high school career. Following that i was at UTVU as a pitcher.
My private lessons are completely individualized to fit each athlete’s needs and ability level. This allows for each athlete, regardless of skill, to learn and progress effectively and in a fun way! The best way to progress especially in the younger age groups is to focus on extremely active sessions with very little standing and waiting for the ball.
All of my private lessons are done at outdoor diamonds and cages away from depressing warehouses and white industrial lights. This also allows me to offer a much more reasonable rate for my lessons in comparison to the mega training centers and over the top facilities that charge you massive amounts to float their AC bill, turf replacements, and mediocre trainers who teach one system only and its typically very repetitive. Kids should be outside learning the game, not stuck inside again after getting out of classes.
I also offer competitive training for those of you in travel ball organizations/high school/college looking to only work on progressing individual parts of your game or strengthening your bodies.
For all you pitchers, that’s what i do best. If you want to add confidence and power to your mound visits i can do a lot to help you get there and a lot to help you learn command of the game.
Lastly i am also a baseball parent with my son currently playing in Pasadena American Little League. Many of you may know me or have seen me coaching at the games and will be happy to know i offer discounted rates for all PALL players!
