About
The responsibility I place on myself to improve not only the quality of their basketball skills and abilities, but their quality of life, confidence, and physical health.
There thousands of videos, trainers, and programs online where you can "learn" basketball. I emphasize things that are not available online, or anywhere outside of a one-on-one relationship.
I'm more than qualified to teach any technique, move, concept in regard to basketball, but there is much to gain from trainers who have experienced their own careers - successes and failures - and who can synthesis the best practices for player's current career.
Whatever your goals may be, each session you will have someone to work WITH you and impart as much as I can to help you.
My sessions use sport psychology techniques, goal setting, mandatory reading and writing prompts.
Basketball is still a journey I am on; it has taught me many lessons, taken me lots of places, and introduced me to many.
But I am no longer a player; I'm on the teaching side. I pull from my variety of experiences as high school and college player, as well as coach - the successes and failures, wins and losses - to guide young players as best I can on their journey.
Sport Psychology, human behavior, fitness and of course, basketball; are my life's passions. Every player offers me the unique opportunity to help make them a better player and person.
Each player is at a unique place in their life and basketball career. The fun part for me - and also what forces me to keep growing in all areas of life – is how I can best provide guidance that best serves them.
Every player I train is like a puzzle I get the opportunity to try and help solve. It’s creative, it’s challenging - and most of all - a privilege being able to accompany player's on their journey.
