Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I offer one (30 minutes) "Free Trial Lesson" for new students. In this session, students get to know me and I conduct a music evaluation test to determine their levels and understand their goals. In this free session, students receive their first lesson and directions for their sing-up process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied music and I have been teaching music for more than 18 years in private and school settings. During this term, I have coached many students with different goals and backgrounds. I have developed an effective method to teach and motivate students to enjoy the music and be an educated and independent musician.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all levels of musicianship and ages from 7 and up.
While teaching students that start from introductory level, I work with intermediate and professional players to improve their musicianship in areas such as improvisation, music ensemble, song writing and recording techniques.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Consultation is a very important part of hiring a teacher. Make sure to meet your teachers and talk to them "face-to-face" before you commit to any contracts.
To make this process easy, I offer one "Free Session" (30 minutes) of consultation and evaluation to get to know my students. I also offer "Full Refund At Any Time" for the remaining sessions, if you were not satisfied with the lessons.
