My unique approach focuses on personalizing lessons in order to relate with students and make them feel comfortable to make mistakes and most importantly, learn. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to first gauge experience and skill levels as well as what students want to improve on. Then I draft a learning outline and rough schedule as a springboard.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an undergrad student at UC Berkeley studing Computer Science and Chemistry (both ranked among the top 4 programs in the US). I currently have a near perfect academic GPA (3.97/4.00). I also have extensive tutoring experience in areas like mathematics, chemistry and programming.
In addition, I have worked as a voice actor for 2 years and am a native English speaker who can provide high quality instruction and coaching for public speaking and accent reduction.

Lessons are generally $25-50 per hour but vary based on specific situations.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with middle school, high school and college level students for academic tutoring. I also have coached older students (30+) for public speaking.
