I read a study of piano prodigys that went on to have a successful career as adults and what they had in common was a teacher who was able to communicate why and how he loved music. I want to be that teacher. Time after time I heard from elderly people that they quit art because a teacher eighty years before said such and such was no good. Naturally I don't want to be that teacher
