About
I am a current Computer Science student with a proficiency in mathematics up to Linesr Algebra and Differenial Equations. I have gotten A's in all my math courses throughout highschool and college. I have taken Geometry Honors, Algebra 1 and 2 honors, Pre-Calculus Honors, AP Calculus in highschool. I took Calculus 2 and Linesr Algebra and Differentrial Equations in college so far. I have been tutoring my cousins and siblings for years now and want to help other kids as well. Math is my absolute favorite subject and I would love to assist kids in understanding it to their best abilities. I always tutor by explaining the concepts and then having the kids try practice problems with my guidance until they grab the concepts themselves. Giving up is never an option, only success is!
I enjoy working with kids and seeing their eyes light up when they grasp a concept that seemed impossible to them! Nothing is impossible and I want to teach them that along with mathematics.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I have a curriculum set up for each math course and will also ask the students to send me their notes to get a handle on how they are being taught at school. I then re-teach the lessons in an easy and understanding manner. From that point on, its time to practice! I will have multiple practice problems of different difficulties for the students to learn the various concepts involved in mathematics.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently enrolled as a Computer Science student at Cal Poly Pomona and have taken every math course up to Linear Algebra and Differential Equatiosn. I have passed each math course with an A. Along with that, I have been tutoring my siblings and cousins for years and thus believe that I am qualified to assist other students as well.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Standard pricing is $30/hr.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching when my brother was young and needed help in school but my parents weren't too knowledgeable on the subject. I took the responsibility to teach him and make sure he was doing his best in his math courses at school.
