About
I have multiple Guitars for the Lessons. Hands-on, small fingers or Large. Any venue, custom Lessons on Your choice of Learning media. Lifetime Guitarist, grew-up in a musical Family, everyone played Guitar from a fair to EXCELLENT Level.
I've Taught any and all Persons upon request. And I know how to show a Student the simple steps to playing any song. With My help, a Student can be playing complete Songs in 2 Months (or less) by utilizing EACH STUDENTS strengths, and 'avoiding' any rough or hard AREAS until the Student is more capable of handling Chording on any individual Melody.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Interview, quick 'hands on' with one of My 'in-house' Instruments for Teaching & EVALUATION, UNLESS Student has already PURCHASED an INSTRUMENT. We may decide to go to a MUSIC CENTER to select individual-level GUIDANCE Books and TEACHING GUIDES suited to the Students tastes.
If the But, how REWARDING it is when People begin to LISTEN.
"THAT'S THE REWARD"" IF...A Student wishes to purchase a NEW GUITAR, I will help them pick a Model suited to their wants with ATTENTION to their NEEDS as far as Hand size a finger-length and current DEXTERITY LEVELS when/if making a choice for a new 'Companion'. I use the term "Companion" because many, MANY hours are usually spent away-from family and friends while learning.

50+ YEARS EXPERIENCE TEACHING MANY STUDENTS IN-HOME OVER 30 YEARS.

There is no such thing as a "STANDARD STUDENT." 1st stop after Evaluation is the Music Store for Books. And/Or- Equipt.
How did you get started teaching?
My Step Kids kept asking for help. Most already had Guitars and were struggling understand many things most of all, nobody was taking inventory of Abilities and opening their minds mostly to songs they already knew Chords to, but didn't know how to ARRANGE THEM in a way they could PLAY THE CHORDS. There are easier ways for some thn OTHERS. EVERY 'BODY' is different.

Young and older. I am 59, nearly 60. I started 'plucking' My 2 Brother's (Two Guitars, 1 Electric and the Other Acoustic) Surfer Music at age 5.

30-Day 'rolling' Money-BACK GUARENTEE.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
HAND SIZE AND ABILITY COMBINED WITH PASSON AND LEARNING HISTORY.
