I have been a calligrapher, cartoonist and digital artist for over 30 years. I enjoy working with all ages and levels of artistic experience. I'm here to help guide and encourage the creative process. I want my students to discover their creativity and shape their own unique style.

CALLIGRAPHY ELEMENTARY CLASSROOM INSTRUCTION

I enjoy teaching calligraphy to elementary school children who are studying colonial America and I have taught over 60 children to write the alphabet and the Declaration of Independence preamble in Chancery Italic. In doing so, I begin the class with a lesson I designed that presents the history of calligraphy and the Roman alphabet dating back to the ancient Greeks. It is prepared for 4th-6th grade level but can be adapted to any age.

ARTISTS PORTFOLIO REVIEW, INSTRUCTION AND MARKETING

I also enjoy and specialize in helping artist develop and market themselves in the industry. I am an award winning creative director and brand consultant who has worked at some of the world's most beloved brands.
