Adrienne is very knowledgeable and very skilled with her teaching of yoga! She is very concerned to target her lesson to the specific needs of the student!
I'm 76 yrs old and I've been taking dance lessons with Adrienne for several years now, it's been a great experience and a lot of fun!! We dance Country/Western, ECS, WCS, NC2Step, and some of the Ball Room Dances, she's teaches in a way that makes learning these dances easy. Well not easy, but doable!! I've lost some balance and agility with age, but Adrienne has done a marvelous job working around my problems and making dancing an enjoyable hobby for me.
Adrienne is awesome! I took Yoga classes with her and not only is she an amazing teacher, she really takes that one on one time to help you reach your highest potential!! I love how she explains what we are doing and why. This yoga class is not only educational but I truly get a workout in! It will make you sweat while you are having fun!
Adrienne made dancing with my husband such a fun experience. She was so easy to follow and very professional. She was very knowledgeable but made the concepts easy for us to grasp. I would highly recommend her to anyone at any level.
I meet people where they are. If people are comfortable with scheduling a phone call prior to their session I'm happy to do so in order to discuss any needs/goals that he or she may have. Once I know what those are, I structure a sequence around those specific things to help them achieve their desired outcomes.

My background is in acting and ballroom dance. The parallels between alignment and body awareness based on those, it was a no brainer that yoga with something I needed to pursue more.
Young, old, and everyone in betwen! Literally. I have also worked with hearing impaired, autistic, and physically disabled students.
You have to make sure you are comfortable with your instructor. Stepping onto a yoga mat, especially if you're unfamiliar with it, can be very scary and such a vulnerable thing. I want my clients first and foremost to feel comfortable with me.
