What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to first hear from my clients as to what they want to work on and why. It's important for both us to be clear as to what they want to learn, why they want to learn it, what inspires them, and how they feel I can help them.
I have a pre-structured program that I adjust based on the needs, goals, and personality of my clients. My program has been carefully refined to help those transition out/up in their careers, enhance their mindset, and establish habits to achieve greater degrees of success.
All of my sessions are documented by me, that I utilize to review and enhance/adjust our approach as necessary. I am very transparent about my findings and approach and welcome question.
