About
Our exciting and dynamic martial arts classes are not your average martial art classes. We mix techniques and philosophies from all martial arts backgrounds with emphasis on Songham Tae Kwon Do for our forms and weapons base.
Our core programs focus on Character Development and Life Skills. Insructors have over 8 years of experience, attend training sessions for continued education of the martial arts and compete in tournaments. They started as a white belt and have graduated to being Leaders giving back to the next generation of martial artists.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Since we work by appointments we have you and your child to visit with us so that he or she will physically be a part of our training. This allows you to see an actual class structure and know how your child feels having been active in the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All instructors started training at a very young age as martial artists. They attend continued educational training twice a year and are certified as instructors.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
We have two programs: Master Club program and Leadership Program. We offer month to month agreements *May place on hold or cancel, no penalty nor fees, term agreements and class cards. Naturally the more commited you are towards your training the more we reward you.
How did you get started teaching?
Our instructors started as a White belt and graduated to the rank of Black belt over a period of time and continued education through our Certified Instructors Training program.
What types of students have you worked with?
We have worked with students that are considered to have ADHD, Austism, focus development, wanting to enhance public speaking, weight loss, better communication skills. Our programs focus on Character Development and Life Skills utilizing 4 Steps to Character Development: Structure, Emotion, Knowledge and Legacy plus 6 Key Life Skills - Discipline, Communication, Honesty, Respect, Self-Esteem and Belief.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A self defense seminar that we hosted FREE to the community. Which we work towards doing these type and other benefical seminars for FREE twice a year.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure you find a instructor that is concerned with what your goals are (short/long term). Instructors that focus on your development in the martial arts by holding you accountable for your actions. Instructor that teaches you more than kicking and punching.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Student should know what the main reason they wish to train in martial arts.
